These documents were produced during the Osgoode process to review the York-CIGI Agreement. The reports outline faculty concerns about the York-CIGI Agreement, track discussions of the Osgoode Protocol of November 2011 to protect academic freedom and institutional autonomy, and critique the terms for the proposal as put forward by York official from February to March 2012.
